      Pros

      You work until work is done. So the faster you work the shorter the work day with the same pay.

      Cons

      You have to be extremely good to get paid the claimed 15/hour. They don't train you very well and tell you not to move things, but will yell at your for not doing so if a customer complains. You are responsible for everyone you work with. So if they do a bad job, you get in trouble too.

      One of the most fun and enjoyable experiences I've ever had working. Great group of people, including management.
