      Good team work. Tips are a bonus even though most people your contracted to do work for wouldn't tip. (Ann Arbor btw)

      Cons

      Clients were very rude and particular. The owners of the South field MI branch are scammers and crooks who don't value employees. They run a ship where only their family benefits.
