Pros
Everyday is different since the company will send out their cleaners to different places in your city. You can have some pretty great co-workers and the work itself is satisfying. If your owner lands accounts that are large enough, then you have the potential to earn some nice dough (one time I made $600 for 12hrs of work). Sometimes you get to clean some cool places that you would otherwise never have access too (got to clean a famous persons place).
Cons
Pay will depend on how well you clean, and on hotter days this can be tedious since the water dries so fast and streaks. Pay is also commissioned based so older employees usually get the better residences while you take the far away jobs. You have to use your own vehicle and although they did do a reimbursement, it was nothing compared to what you payed out of your own tank. Working 6 days a week was heavily encouraged.
