      Pros

      I worked for an excellent franchise owner in Brian Gawick. Top Notch professional and very fair. Lost position due to severe downturn in business due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

      Cons

      Low commission percentage of 10%. Unless you can negotiate even a small hourly base, it's tough to make it financially if you sell on just that commission amount.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
