      The job can be extremely flexible as long as you don't take advantage. I was able to come and go as needed while I had things going on with my family. I was trusted to do so because I always completed my work and had good reviews from clients.

      Cons

      Work does get slow in the winter as with most contractors type jobs. This can lead to smaller paychecks.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
