      The only pro was driving

      Cons

      You have to drive your own car and pay for your own gas to clean for them the pay isn’t great at all you’ll need a side job especially if your trying to pay bills They’ll make you work ridiculously big jobs and then take most of the pay or not pay for the job at all When looking for another job or transfer from the military to the army theyll bash you after working for them for years I don’t advise anyone to work here, the owners are two faced and will screw over for their own gain

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
