Pros
Most attorneys were respectful and appreciative of support staff. Attorneys are treated very well and given lots of perks.
Cons
Worst management and HR I have ever experienced in 32 years of employment. They classify legal support staff as administrative so they can pay less. Micromanagement to the extreme and no respect for support staff. Even if attorneys love you, management can tank your review and prevent any type of raise or bonus. HR is useless and nothing is anonymous. I still have nightmares.
