-Generous PTO for entry-level position -Quite good health insurance -Coworkers are nice and easy to get along with -Direct managers seem to care and were previously in support -Overtime is not expected and rarely requested.
Cons
-Insufficient number of support staff, with less than half of staff as compared to a couple of years ago. -High Turnover (i.e. few technicians with sufficient/effective knowledge). -Overall buggy software with no solutions to provide to customers. -Excessive performance point expectations, leading to a reduction in pay if falling below standards. -Integrations are continuously broken or being changed entirely,
