Pros
This is hard... wait! Because they lose so many people from quitting job security if you do stay seems good. Because they can't possible afford to fire anyone.
Cons
There are a lot of things but it really starts with the CEO/Owner. The business is ran like a startup but has been around for 17 years. Disorganized, awful condescending culture, poor direction, conflicting direction, sad. Sometimes that can be ok though if the pay is great and the commission is obtainable... but it's not. The problem all comes back to the top. If you imagine that boss who should never manage people then have that person running a company. That's fishbowl. Ps commission is paid quarterly. AND if you leave at any point before the month after the last quarter ends you get paid nothing on the work you did for last four months. Seriously. Watch the flags here. I didn't.
