Pros
Talented marketing and product development team. Good delivery team. Nice supporting staff. Mid-management seems to want to improve culture. Could be good environment for young interns distant from the fray.
Cons
Lack of innovation, but not due to lack of ideas or desire. Integrity and credibility missing at top. Dysfunctional, distrusting, misleading ownership. Poor culture drove out talent; high turnover past two years.
