Decent job for College students - Anonymous employee Fisher Auto Parts Employee Review

Management works as a team and communicates well Employees are treated with respect and not like a number Harrassment, Gossip and Infighting are not tolerated Lots of fun activities and social events like Mario Kart, Bingo, grilling out in the summer, Chili cook-off, etc.

Pay is average for the area but we could do better

there are no pros working for Fisher

very low wages with Nickle dime pay raises, poor management, Strasburg store all deliveries are out in Amish country on county roads, no phone allowance, must Google for directions
