Pros

TST has some very enjoyable people to work with. Many of them are willing to help you learn and grow. Ownership has invested heavily into the shop floor. Much of the equipment is brand new and state of the art. They are extremely busy and have an impressive and stable customer list.

Cons

By far the largest downside of TST is their deteriorating culture. Upper management is largely responsible for this. The company is not employee-centric at all. This has caused some of the best employees to leave and turnover is extremely high. The benefits are average and there are very few perks. Some department heads are completely unprofessional and difficult to work with/for. While the shop floor is impressive and a lot of money was invested there, the offices are very dated and in poor condition. I give TST a 3 mostly because of what it used to be. In the last year or two of my employment it was closer to a 1.
