Not worth it - Production Supervisor Fisher Barton Employee Review

Poor management. Constantly in meetings discussing what needs to be done without being able to do it. A lot of finger pointing and backstabbing from people that have been there too long and are not accountable for their own actions. Praised one week and discarded the next. Unfortunate as there is great potential with this company. Disappointed all around. Turnover of Supervisors in the last 6-9 months has been at least 4-5 positions. At some point maybe look at the leaders leading them instead of the ones that left or were termed.
