Doomed if you work them (personally) and doomed if you don't. > Career progression is focussed on the (limited) roles the firm needs, and not on your strenghts. This means (often) that it will be a operational role. > There is no real skill development and your skillset will be build as a big firm skillset, which severly limits your outer-firm career opportunities. > Probation period is significantly longer than other firms. > Support and development in your tasks depends a lot in the manager.
