Pros
Money, money, money.....salary and compensation are all that matters. This has always been the case here. There were other positives to working here, but that was when the firm was still small, nimble, and appreciated their employees.
Cons
tremendously long hours, not a meritocracy, gloom/doom environment, poor morale, negative perception and press, can't get much worse than the current situation. The current market environment has put a huge amount of stress on the firm. The employees are really feeling the crunch. No sense of loyalty, good ol' boys network, no advancement opportunities, you're essentially stuck. Very poor and incompetent managers in some departments. Issues galore.
