Since this is a private company, the staff is usually in the dark about how well the company is doing. Although we know the company is making money we don't have any numbers. Only the Senior Managers have this kind of information. No sense of personal space, no cubicle seperation between you and your neighbor - they are literally right next to you! This leads to a parking issue at the San Mateo office where some of the employees have to park at remote parking lots and you'll get shuttled in. Musical chairs at various departments - to name a few CSA and AE's constantly gets moved from one seat to another. After being moved 6 times within 18 months don't you think that's enough? Pay structure is weird. The formula that the company uses makes your base salary low. There are set OT to avoid lawsuits using this formula.
