Pros

The tech is cool and lots of good ideas for how to use it

Cons

There's a pattern of us offering jobs and promises that aren't kept, not paying market value for jobs, and using up talent and then discarding them to save money. I see how the CEO treats staff he deems not important and how there is little loyalty ones he gets what he needs from them. Please think twice before accepting a position and get their promises in writing. You may be better off at a more established company. You might work hard but it won't necessarily be rewarded with upward mobility. Take your skills elsewhere if you can.

Pros

Working at Fit:match is an exhilarating experience for anyone passionate about tech innovation. The company fosters a dynamic and agile startup environment where new ideas are required, and rapid iteration is part of the culture. We’re constantly working on R&D technology, which keeps things challenging. The diverse leadership is forward-thinking, allowing for plenty of opportunities to take ownership of impactful projects. The fast-paced nature and lean approach to development creates an ideal space for problem-solvers who thrive on continuous improvement. If you're looking to have a voice and make a change in tech, this is the place to be.

Cons

The fast-paced, agile environment at Fit:match brings a lot of excitement and opportunities for growth, but it’s not for everyone. Some people thrive in this atmosphere, energized by the constant innovation and potential, while others may find it overwhelming and risk burnout. It’s important to know if you're someone who can thrive with a great attitude under these conditions because startups are for business athletes – those who are ready to hustle, adapt quickly, and embrace change. If you’re motivated by challenges and rapid progress, this environment will be exhilarating, but if you prefer more structure and a slower pace, it might not be the best fit.
