Poor excecution from management, and more work than what it pays. -Managers expect you to work perfect for little pay -Many employees dont respect management -Must have a 100% open schedule to become management -Don't really give breaks to employees -The 'Five Guys Way' is not as polished as led to beleive -Employees are worthless as individuals -False promises for raises, unless you befreind upper management -Stressing work -Six days a week for not even 40 hours
