Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience! Safety is a top priority, going hand in hand with caring about our team members. We want everyone to go home to their families safely at the end of each day. Days can be long, as we are the sole providers for the animals in our care, but we think our purpose is worth it.

Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay and benefits, great people to work with.
Working with cattle. Some great co-workers (mostly non-management).
Cons
Horrible hours. No time and a half. Promotions mean paycuts. Sexual harassment and the company provides no training to mitigate it. Some of the workers are married to each other and will use other employees as scapegoats to preserve their position and paycheck.
