-plenty of on-the-job training and instruction when necessary -fair managers -opportunity to work for a very successful company that takes pride in their work and appreciates their employees -good morale overall, a community of workers that take care of one another

Pros

Working with cattle. Some great co-workers (mostly non-management).

Cons

Horrible hours. No time and a half. Promotions mean paycuts. Sexual harassment and the company provides no training to mitigate it. Some of the workers are married to each other and will use other employees as scapegoats to preserve their position and paycheck.
