Pros

If you love working cattle and hard work that might be the only plus. Must be able to take long days, very cold in winter, and hot hot in summer.

Cons

Management is horrible, women for the most part are looked down on. Also seen women not treated with respect and others are threatened by a smart woman. supervisors and managers didnt earn their spot but got it just to be filled, bunch of ignorant and lazy people. Oh pay sucks too.

Pros

Working with cattle. Some great co-workers (mostly non-management).

Cons

Horrible hours. No time and a half. Promotions mean paycuts. Sexual harassment and the company provides no training to mitigate it. Some of the workers are married to each other and will use other employees as scapegoats to preserve their position and paycheck.
