Five-Star AudioVisual Response

Five-Star AudioVisual is extremely disappointed to hear that you felt as though you were treated poorly or disrespected by your Supervisor. We are certainly a company that prides itself on employee development and creating a work environment that encourages growth, empowerment and advancement in your career with the Five-Star Family. Unfortunately situations may arise in which an employee becomes dissatisfied with their employer and inversely the employer must make a difficult decision to dismiss an employee for the betterment of the organization. Nonetheless, we thank you for your review and will continue to cultivate a workplace that is Hospitality driven while inspiring each employee to embody the culture, character and values at each property we service.

Pros

- great network in the LA area - hours are rough but its the same across the industry - feels like we are part of a bigger purpose, clients seem to enjoy what we do - ability to transfer to other properties when needed - company is growing at a pace that doesnt seem crazy (another company in industry just had major layoff)

Cons

- hours are long and there are weeks that seem to never end - competitive business with many companies trying to poach - choose carefully on who you work for, the manager defines the position
