There is no communication and no responsibility taken by upper management. They will treat you as disposable. I'm not sure if they are mentally incompetent or just horrible people as they have no problems lying to your face and throwing you under the bus to avoid taking responsibility for their own inaction. The CEO is a maniac and will fire you on a whim. He's out of touch and creating a toxic work environment and no one in management will stand up to him. I would not waste my time here. Chances are you deserve better than the way this company will treat you.
