Pros

-alot of overtime if you like working 12+ hours a day -some good managers that take the time to talk to you like a person and cared about our career growth. -Seems like your taken care of if your a director, upper management or part of the productions team. -i had a good director, managers and the two productions guys that came in to help and their team were great. -I heard the coo is a good dude, its not my experience but one of the managers i trusted spoke highly of him.

Cons

upper management treats us like inventory, when corporate guys came in, they would talk negatively about staff members, yell and demean us. The corporate team clearly didnt realize we could hear them clearly behind a thin walls when one started going off about how a monkey could do our jobs and how stupid we were not being able to follow their directions when there are 3 corporate staff members there calling the shots, giving different orders and not talking to each other. only upside is you knew when your next to be fired since they would write your name down on a whiteboard in the managers office clearly so everyone in the hotel and staff knew who was next to get fired.

Pros

- great network in the LA area - hours are rough but its the same across the industry - feels like we are part of a bigger purpose, clients seem to enjoy what we do - ability to transfer to other properties when needed - company is growing at a pace that doesnt seem crazy (another company in industry just had major layoff)

Cons

- hours are long and there are weeks that seem to never end - competitive business with many companies trying to poach - choose carefully on who you work for, the manager defines the position
