      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. You are paid significantly less than others in your field and you can be handling two positions for them and they don't feel the need to compensate you appropriately for your help and effort

      Nice managers, good service advisors

      Cons

      You don’t get any vacation at all for the first year, then only five days for subsequent years. There is no sick time.
