      We do get a paycheck but Poor poor poor leadership, 1984 business model passed along to each manager because non of them can bring any ideas to the table

      Cons

      Anything you can imagine, problem’s always ignored, turnover like you wouldn’t believe. To pay for Insurance you would need a second mortgage on your house

      Nice managers, good service advisors

      Cons

      You don’t get any vacation at all for the first year, then only five days for subsequent years. There is no sick time.
