Pros
The own a large portion of dealers in the area so if you like the brand it's the only choice.
Cons
Benefits are weak. No paid bereavement. Limited paid holidays they can make you work. Vacation caps at 2 weeks. Pay is not on par with other dealers in the area. Scheduling is absolutely terrible. CP hours are cut. Use an external warranty company who will not get you the full hours.
