Pros
- The ***** of the franchise that I worked at is a good guy. He looks out for *** employees, subcontractors, and clients.
Cons
- The pay was lower than what you’d make on unemployment - No opportunity for advancement of employees and it’s like a pyramid scheme for ****** - You feel like a fraud because customers are paying an incredible amount of money for a service that they could have gotten elsewhere better and cheaper - You feel the pressure to be “on” all the time because jobs need to be sold and managed according to the customers expectations. This wouldn’t be so bad, but you aren’t getting paid enough to put gas in your car to drive to the job.
