Pros
+Laid back culture: beer pong in the office friday, foosball etc. +Cool founders: young but really smart and motivated +Challenging work but cool work +Growing like crazy, went nationwide in the last few months
Cons
+Start-ups can be a grind... gotta hustle to survive +There isn't 100% of internal processes in place yet. Still figuring out some policies, HR, culture etc. Causes some frustration but things seem like they are getting better
