Work is interesting and challenging

Cons

1. Insurance benefits were one of the good things about the company's offerings, however this has been recently gutted. If interviewing, please make sure to fully request all details about insurance before deciding to move forward. 2. There was previously flexibility for work-from-home which has also been gutted recently (in spite of FSP making record profits). 3. None of the profits are fairly shared with employees. 4. There are no growth opportunities. Employees will stay at the same level for years and see no growth in their career.

A tremendous place to grow and work with collaborative and smart people. You are encouraged to experiment regardless of what team you are on. Pay is also great!

Cons

Some days are tough, we move fast, but that's better than staying complacent.

Really good summer fellowship, learned a lot. Nice benefits (free meals, activities etc)

Cons

Expected to work really hard. Most days at least 12-14 hours. Given the illusion of scientific freedom but then pigeon holed back into more narrow focus.
