      - Science is often really cool, lots of smart people - Perks of a big company at a tiny startup (snacks/free food, internal Flagship resources). Better runway than at many companies of similar size due to the Flagship ecosystem. - Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      - FL company employees are second-class citizens compared to Flagship associates/employees. Communication is gatekept between Flagship leadership and Flagship associates. Dissatisfied with communication and growth opportunities as a mid-career employee - Sometimes apparent lack of drug discovery experience in early FL companies

      Pros

      A tremendous place to grow and work with collaborative and smart people. You are encouraged to experiment regardless of what team you are on. Pay is also great!

      Cons

      Some days are tough, we move fast, but that's better than staying complacent.

      - Office Location makes for a nice walk - There are smart people in the org who can be learned from

      Cons

      - Reactive IT leadership, if you aren't at the top you will be on a ship that is being steered blindly while sounding productive - Huge breakdowns in reporting structure, people in management/leadership positions who should not be - Contractors are treated less-than-human
