I recently joined one of Flagship Pioneering’s new portfolio companies, a recruiting process that extended over many months. Throughout the process, Flagship remained professional, understanding and most importantly patient. Flagship was invested in making sure that the opportunity was the right match and that the total experience was a positive one, positioning me not only to succeed at the current company but also building a long-term relationship with Flagship.

Cons

I did not experience any negatives with the recruiting process.

A tremendous place to grow and work with collaborative and smart people. You are encouraged to experiment regardless of what team you are on. Pay is also great!

Cons

Some days are tough, we move fast, but that's better than staying complacent.

- Office Location makes for a nice walk - There are smart people in the org who can be learned from

Cons

- Reactive IT leadership, if you aren't at the top you will be on a ship that is being steered blindly while sounding productive - Huge breakdowns in reporting structure, people in management/leadership positions who should not be - Contractors are treated less-than-human
