Pros
Used to be a decent bank as NYCB before the merger with Flagstar Bank. Decent bonuses if you worked hard and made goals as a team.
Cons
Too many changes in a short time, not for the best, increased goals constantly made them unachievable while getting bobmarded with constant meetings with upper mgmt to report results and plans of action to make the goals, sales. Micromanaging at the branch level. Layoffs at various levels in the bank while, working short staffed and the bank keeps hiring employees in higher paid upper mgmt positions.
