Pay and benefits are on par with others in the category. Team members are supportive. Federal holiday schedule is great.
Cons
Sandro was a great CEO and person that made each employee feel valued. That feeling is gone for many. The merger has ruined the culture. I would suggest anyone looking for a banking career to look elsewhere.
