Run Away - IT Manager Flagstar Bank Employee Review

Company is on the decline since the merger. Flagstar used to be a great place to work with an awesome culture until it was bought by a NY bank. Since then the new leaders have run the place to the ground. Nothing gets done, no one knows what’s going on, they are not replacing people that are leaving, and they are rapidly leaving. Flexibility and hybrid work is quickly drying up. They do not promote from within. Salaries are low, half the company didn’t get raises or their bonus since the company is in financial decline. Many are looking for new opportunities.
