- The term “self starter” seems to be used loosely with temps to encourage them to look for busy work when the leadership is often consumed by other tasks. - We were required to plan to work 7 days a week for holiday, Saturday’s were cancelled last minute. Leaving everyone’s time free without truly being able to spend it the way they’d like. Seems strange to do instead of staggering days of work between 1st and 2nd to support business. - The full time Flat River staff at the Grand Rapids location is extremely cliquey and treat temps poorly which inspires an unhealthy culture among the mass of temps hired in for holiday. - leadership gossips A LOT - Temps train temps which is strange. - and finally, there isn’t consist coaching for processes.
