Effectively Non-Existent Diversity - Corporate Office Staff Flat River Group Employee Review

Diversity is not to be found. Management/office staff is almost entirely white. 2 people of color out of dozens of office staff. On the floor, supervisors are predominately white and workers are predominately of color. The company is rife with nepotism and cronyism. Ownership is dismissive of people who are not in the circle of friends and family. Zero job performance feedback. They fire associates without explanation or improvement plan opportunities.
