Pros
Overall I love this company…great mission, flexible schedule and I never feel micro-managed. The work can be very challenging and some charts ( tasks) can be quite tedious others can be less complex. Quality is valued over how fast you work which I value. That being said, those who are slower than others can miss out on their quarterly bonus even if their Quality is 100%. One needs to come to this job with a strong knowledge of Oncology…definitely NOT a “ fake it until you make it” position.

Pay….for the knowledge level and expertise needed to perform the job well not to mention patience to get through the more tedious tasks the pay needs to be more in line with what other companies pay.
