Upper leadership is absolutely underqualified to run the company. They had started a RCM division that was run into the ground and sold off. Promotions, hiring, raises and bonuses are clique related. Last year there were layoffs and now it is random firing. Managers are allowed to fire adhoc and who they want. You can have tons of documentation backing your stance and against the manager of your team. HR does not care. Recently all perks were taken away. Seems as though financially they are having issues.
