We fully agree with your assessment that we have very a talented team at Flatirons Solutions. We are continuing to evolve our organization and have sought a lot of input from employees in your office and others, and have worked hard to be responsive to the needs of our teammates. If you have any suggestions to improve your working environment, or the organization as a whole, don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the leadership team: we all have an open door policy, including the CEO. If something needs to be addressed, it’s often constructive to talk about it and engage others to help. With regard to the 5-star review you referenced, please note that the review is still available on Glassdoor and that it is from our VP of Solution Management (not the CEO). I’m sure you’ll agree that he has as much right to express his viewpoints here as you do.
Finally, with regard to the office events, attendance is never required. They are an attempt to show appreciation to our team, and have fun. They are not for everyone, though the “Beer 30” events have proven popular recently…so we may be on to a winning formula there!
