Pros
The only pros is the people you work with. your co-wokers are great it's the management that is so so bad. They do not want you thoughts or ideas. I just dont get it. The store that I'am at has been open for 1 yr and has a turn over rate of 97%. Thats just not right. Not in my mind.
Cons
It's a very poorly ran company as far as I'm concern. They will lie to your face. tThey tell you that family comes first but fail to explain that it Fleet Farm family. Their managers are poorly trained in controlling situations they get anger at you instead of staying calm. They will not bavk you if you voice you thoughts of a bad manager. Here is example a manager was kicking boxes toward employes as she was yelling at them. one employee called corporate and complained so they reviewed the tapes and said they didn't see it that way. The employee as to see the tape but was told no. So management wrote that employee was written up for complaining about management. This place is good for one thing it shows you how you need to get a new job as soon as you start working here.
