Please note this review only pertains to West Hartford Location. Customers are great, the running community as a whole is wonderful. The discounts and access to running companies and great gear is tremendous, and the perks make up for the underwhelming salary Industry people (sales reps from brands etc) are wonderful, and bring a lot of fun and life to the store. If this is a career goal for you, Fleet Feet is a fantastic opportunity to expose yourself and network.
Cons
Please note this review only pertains to West Hartford Location. Owners are two-faced, to a damaging degree. This leads to unstable work environments, and puts unnecessary stress on employees emotionally. Providing customer service and selling shoes should not be subject to this type of work environment. Financially, there is no way to have this be your only source of income, even as a full-time employee working weekends and holidays.
