It allowed me to see other areas of their business and I could collaborate with other interns. - Was able to learn about other areas of the business each week - Felt supported by the company - Could choose your schedule

- Little interaction with other interns - Was not a con to me but we were unable to decide what dept I wanted to work in so this may be one for some people - Training could use some development. I learned everything from mainly one person on my team so your success can be determined by how that person teaches you. - Intern project felt like it needed a little more structure (direction on how the project should be approached in an organization sense such as requiring a project plan & the assignment of roles)

Good people and the company offers many fun things for employees to get involved in.

Low pay and not a ton of room for advancement once you reach a certain level. Many people working there have a second job to make ends meet.
