Great people, day to day task easy to accomplish, and good culture with other employees Good opportunity for young people to do all the work and get paid next to nothing, in order to gain experience for next job.

Cons

Promised opportunities to grow, instead was giving more work without a new job description. Learned valuable lesson how employers will take advantage of you if they string you along with incentives that never come. HR

Not very many pros here. Remote work

The CEO is constantly changing directions and never would let anything come to fruition before introducing another idea that is not fully fleshed out but expects everyone to jump on board and start selling it. The lack of documenting knowledge to be shared, you would end up guessing how to do your job quite often by either lacking documentation or just lack of direction provided by management.
