Pros

Fleetio is in a genuinely exciting moment — recent financial success has funded real expansion: a strategic acquisition, a meaningful push into AI, and entry into new verticals. The pace of growth means there's real opportunity for people who want to grow alongside the business. Leadership is making bold moves and the company has the resources to back them up. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-evolving environment with increasing complexity, this place will reward you.

Cons

The same growth that makes this exciting also makes it demanding. Scope has expanded significantly across the org, and the expectations on employees have risen with it. People who prefer a more static, defined role tend to struggle. This has contributed to turnover that some might misread as instability — it's less about the company and more about fit at a higher level of performance. If you're not someone who actively seeks to grow and adapt, the bar here might feel uncomfortable.

Pros

Very functional scale-up. We are well-resourced in regards to the tech stack and my team is given quite a bit of autonomy to execute our tasks. The role is flexible and duties challenging but reasonable. Great company culture, good cross-team collab happens all the time.

Cons

Sometimes Product iterates so fast that new features get launched before we're made aware of it or trained on them. It's a "good" problem to have I suppose, all things considered. Just inconvenient and awkward when the customer asks about it on a live call and we have no idea what they're talking about.

Pros

I truly love the work I get to do every day at Fleetio. The people are genuinely kind, smart, and helpful. There’s strong flexibility and trust with work-life balance. Fleetio also feels like it’s in a really exciting stage. It’s beyond the early startup days, but there’s still plenty of runway to help scale the business, work on special projects, and have a real impact. I’ve also appreciated the amount of autonomy in my role. I’m given a clear target, but I have the space to determine the best way to get there.

Cons

Indicative of a lot of tech companies, the pace may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift at times, so you do have to be flexible and on board with doing what's best for the business, even if it means switching gears and going in a different direction at times.
