Pros

Onboarding for new employees is organized and well explained. The innovation technology this company uses helps make things easy to understand and follow. All of the tools integrate well together. Team is welcoming an truly excited to welcome you aboard. CEO is right in the middle of the daily grind. Very accessible, friendly, and engaged. Upper leadership is willing to help answer questions, and have big career conversations. They also help you achieve your goals that you set. Wonderful employee benefits. Top of the line equipment is given for you to do your job. Training is consistent and concise. Trusting WFH/Remote/Hybrid environment. Great group of people, and I’m excited to be part of the team.

Cons

None that I can see.

Pros

Very functional scale-up. We are well-resourced in regards to the tech stack and my team is given quite a bit of autonomy to execute our tasks. The role is flexible and duties challenging but reasonable. Great company culture, good cross-team collab happens all the time.

Cons

Sometimes Product iterates so fast that new features get launched before we're made aware of it or trained on them. It's a "good" problem to have I suppose, all things considered. Just inconvenient and awkward when the customer asks about it on a live call and we have no idea what they're talking about.

Pros

I truly love the work I get to do every day at Fleetio. The people are genuinely kind, smart, and helpful. There’s strong flexibility and trust with work-life balance. Fleetio also feels like it’s in a really exciting stage. It’s beyond the early startup days, but there’s still plenty of runway to help scale the business, work on special projects, and have a real impact. I’ve also appreciated the amount of autonomy in my role. I’m given a clear target, but I have the space to determine the best way to get there.

Cons

Indicative of a lot of tech companies, the pace may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift at times, so you do have to be flexible and on board with doing what's best for the business, even if it means switching gears and going in a different direction at times.
