Pros

- Flexible schedule - Health benefits - Remote work

Cons

- Inexperienced leadership, not making changes to move the company forward. VERY high churn, almost every week, they would rather blame front line employees for failures rather than bad process. Everyone operates on their own opinion, no one is leading the charge. - Psuedo-culture, they put up a front of a good workplace culture but actually is very toxic - Lacking in career development - Low pay, not competitive with the market - Low investment in people - Audacious goals that aren't met and then manipulate data to make it look like they have - Low diversity and no diversity and inclusion programs. Not one single woman or person of color in the c-suite - Constantly making critical choices without informing team members, whether that's firing employees for trivial reasons or changing comp plans that only benefits upper management and not the employees It's hard to see this company remaining viable over the next 5 years

Pros

Very functional scale-up. We are well-resourced in regards to the tech stack and my team is given quite a bit of autonomy to execute our tasks. The role is flexible and duties challenging but reasonable. Great company culture, good cross-team collab happens all the time.

Cons

Sometimes Product iterates so fast that new features get launched before we're made aware of it or trained on them. It's a "good" problem to have I suppose, all things considered. Just inconvenient and awkward when the customer asks about it on a live call and we have no idea what they're talking about.

Pros

I truly love the work I get to do every day at Fleetio. The people are genuinely kind, smart, and helpful. There’s strong flexibility and trust with work-life balance. Fleetio also feels like it’s in a really exciting stage. It’s beyond the early startup days, but there’s still plenty of runway to help scale the business, work on special projects, and have a real impact. I’ve also appreciated the amount of autonomy in my role. I’m given a clear target, but I have the space to determine the best way to get there.

Cons

Indicative of a lot of tech companies, the pace may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift at times, so you do have to be flexible and on board with doing what's best for the business, even if it means switching gears and going in a different direction at times.
