Pros

Pay and benefits that’s it, just ride the wave with them get yours and go home do not invest in them, they will not invest in you but say they do..

Cons

Dogmatic management, the say they’re one way but you find another when working for them, no integrity. PMs are unqualified but will push deadlines hard thinking they know development. If you want to make things better they will push back and say it’s working now so why make better then months down the line, oh we need to update.. when you said it months prior. Don’t ask questions, don’t be innovative, do what your told shut up, be a code monkey. They will work you too the bone, PMs will message you on Friday at 3pm to get fixed in when you’ve already done 12 tickets in the week and wonder why you can’t be Superman and burnout 24/7.. horrible company horrible people, don’t be fooled by their fake kindness

Pros

Very functional scale-up. We are well-resourced in regards to the tech stack and my team is given quite a bit of autonomy to execute our tasks. The role is flexible and duties challenging but reasonable. Great company culture, good cross-team collab happens all the time.

Cons

Sometimes Product iterates so fast that new features get launched before we're made aware of it or trained on them. It's a "good" problem to have I suppose, all things considered. Just inconvenient and awkward when the customer asks about it on a live call and we have no idea what they're talking about.

Pros

I truly love the work I get to do every day at Fleetio. The people are genuinely kind, smart, and helpful. There’s strong flexibility and trust with work-life balance. Fleetio also feels like it’s in a really exciting stage. It’s beyond the early startup days, but there’s still plenty of runway to help scale the business, work on special projects, and have a real impact. I’ve also appreciated the amount of autonomy in my role. I’m given a clear target, but I have the space to determine the best way to get there.

Cons

Indicative of a lot of tech companies, the pace may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift at times, so you do have to be flexible and on board with doing what's best for the business, even if it means switching gears and going in a different direction at times.
