Lots of work Overtime is basically unlimited Good exercise Most of the drivers were friendly

Cons

Management doesn't care Rental car managers treat drivers like garbage Employees do whatever they want(not listening to lead drivers/managers) Rental car agencies blame issues on lead drivers Manager sits in office while everyone works
