Pros

Easy product to learn/ sell

Cons

I want to share my experience working at BestPass (now Fleetworthy) as a pregnant employee, so others are aware of how this company handles pregnancy and health-related issues. I was hired while pregnant, and from the start, the company knew about my condition. During my second trimester, I developed severe hyperemesis gravidarum, a debilitating pregnancy illness that caused frequent hospitalizations and made it nearly impossible to work. I was transparent with my managers about my health struggles and technical issues affecting my ability to work, and I requested unpaid leave with proper medical documentation. The company initially approved this leave. However, despite knowing my situation and the challenges I faced, BestPass abruptly fired me about a week before my approved maternity leave was to begin. They cited performance issues, like incomplete training and inactivity on my work laptop, even though I had communicated hardware problems and illness openly with IT and coworkers. I was given no prior warnings or opportunities to address these alleged concerns. The firing felt cold and heartless, and the company showed a lack of empathy or support for an employee facing serious pregnancy-related health problems. This experience left me feeling discriminated against and unsupported during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I have taken steps to report these concerns to the EEOC and Department of Labor to ensure the company’s policies and practices around pregnancy accommodations are reviewed and improved. I’m sharing this so Fleetworthy has a chance to address these issues constructively. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to better support employees facing pregnancy and health challenges in the future. **HR was sent an expense report twice after I was let go and I have yet to be reimbursed.

Pros

Fleetworthy has made serious, meaningful investments in sales enablement tools that actually make a difference in day-to-day work. It's clear leadership understands what a modern sales team needs to operate at a high level. What stands out most is the culture: this is a sales-driven organization and that's felt across every level of the company. It's not just talk - from leadership to individual contributors, everyone understands their role in driving revenue and shows up accordingly. That alignment creates a genuinely collaborative and motivating environment where you don't feel like you're working in silos. Fleetworthy has brought together multiple brands under one umbrella, which can be a challenging transition for any organization, but they've navigated it with intention and care. Rather than feeling fragmented, the company feels unified in its direction and values. New hires entering this environment benefit from the depth and breadth that comes with that growth.

Cons

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. Any growing company has growing pains, but Fleetworthy manages them well.
